6-8pm

Join us for a hands-on introduction to home fermentation, where you'll learn the basics of lacto-fermentation and walk away with three classic fermented vegetables you made yourself. Together we'll make batches of sauerkraut, pickled cauliflower, and pickled carrots, exploring the simple techniques and science behind fermenting vegetables at home. You'll learn what you need to get started, how to troubleshoot common questions, and leave with the knowledge to keep fermenting on your own. Each participant will take home 3 jars of fermented vegetables to continue fermenting at home.

All materials provided. No prior experience needed.

Workshop Fee: Tuition: $50 | Materials: $20
