Join us for a hands-on, community-centered workshop focused on making elderberry syrup, a traditional herbal remedy made by combining elderberries with warming spices, and honey. In this class, we’ll gather to learn about key ingredients, taste a prepared batch, and make syrup together while exploring the history and folk traditions behind this beloved seasonal cordial. You’ll learn about the traditional uses of elderberries, supporting ingredients, and how to safely prepare and store syrup at home.

Each participant will create and take home their own 16 oz bottle of elderberry syrup to enjoy at home, along with a printed handout of recipes and simple ways to incorporate elderberry syrup into your seasonal wellness routine.

All materials are provided. No prior experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Tuition: $20 | Materials: $30
